It’s going to happen June 5th, is what my webmaster told me about the launching of my renewed look website.
She and I have planned this since late 2012. Here’s the backstory, and more importantly, what you might really be here for – the $100 almost like cash give-away.
Where do you find an easy, online gift that lets you treat someone to a place they’ll love?
A place they pick?
And decide on how to get the gift: in their PayPal account, as a check, as a credit (not debit) card or even deposited right to your bank account?
If you win, then you’ll get to tell Giftrocket your preference.
And just how do you enter?
First indulge me; here’s the back story.
I got distracted. Well, not really distracted as you may think: my 85 year old mother fell and broke her right hip. It was the second fall with a broken hip in just 6 months. Once again I found myself in New York, by her side, and helping my youngest sister with the rehab facility watch.
As the expression goes, this too shall pass, and it did. Working out not so well with mom now in long term care because her little body just doesn’t want to fully mend.
Then I muddled my way through the personal feelings and got back on track for the website revival.
Unbelievably, another detour with a tugging at me that my purpose for even blogging to support others, needs to go wider and deeper. Maybe it’s an introvert thing. Or maybe it’s just that I highly value creativity. Creating new in whatever way it is.
Finally I had my focus thanks to the awesome coaching of a long time online friend of 5 years, Lynn Scheurell. Say YES to Your Energy Source, your personal energy source.
What sealed the that direction and got things moving again?
My husband and I were visiting my son and his family in March. It so happened that they moved into their newly purchased home the day we arrived. For seven days, unexpectedly, we were now unpacking boxes with them and watching the two granddaughters, Ruby who is 8 and Naomi who is going to be 3.
Don’t try the math because maybe I’ll make a second cash giveaway contest to guess that!
First, people regularly say to me, you don’t look that old. Friends annoy my husband kidding him saying, “How’d you find this young thing?” I look way younger than my years. He is an entire 6 months younger than me.
Secondly, I don’t feel that old. In all fairness, my husband feels young too. But on the last evening of our visit with our son, we four adults were standing in their new kitchen, remodeled before the move, and my son chimed in, “Where do you get all this energy mom? We need to bottle it up.” Yes; I was actually still organizing a box I had just unboxed. Everyone else, yawning.
One more unexpected turn when my webmaster had a client whose website went down, totally down, while she began the crafting of mine! Too much. She saved their website presence but was diverted totally from me for about 3 days and then, her computer died.
Again, on the path to redesign.
After about 6 months of wait time, finally the Say YES to Your Energy Source, your personal energy source for introvert and baby boomers introvert and extrovert alike, is close to launch.
To celebrate as I begin to support the introvert and baby boomer to tap more energy, it’s a $100 gift ecard giveaway.
Then enter every way you can just below.
