On one of my online discussion groups I met, Shabbar Suterwala, a corporate trainer in India. The first question on one of his recent posts, gave me pause to reflect. Being an INTJ, I like to ponder ideas like he asked. What I find is that if I either write out an answer or speak it aloud, it helps me to get out of my head.
