It got rave reviews at the time: taking head on the top 11 networking beliefs that keep most introverts and reluctant marketers in an energy-zapping zone. One of the goals of it is for the introvert and reluctant marketers to have less stress and better networking results.
This was my first eBook was 2008. With 50 pages it sold for $47 then.
Now, being half way into my book for a publisher who asked me to write, Communication Toolkit for Introverts, that first eBook cannot compare in terms of … well so many things including actionable ideas in business meetings, presentation skills, conflict management, negotiation skills and influence, persuasion and selling.
Still the first eBook, has enduring value and that is why I am giving it away now for free.
My first eBook, Networking Secrets for Sales Reluctance: How I Overcame Unsuccessful Networking as an Introvert, it is going to be available for free. I’m not sure how long it will be offered and I want you to know, it was my first attempt at an eBook.
Inspiring content.
The testimonials implied, these are business networking game changing ideas for the introvert and even reluctant extrovert.
Writing, quite basic.
Page numbering is off.
Some typos because I didn’t have an editor, and spell check, as we know, doesn’t catch everything.
Aye yae yae.
For the page numbers that are there, here are a few glimpses of the inside content:
- There is a lesson in lemons and networking. Huh? Page 2
- A list of the 5 top questions to ask yourself about any networking belief. Page 6
- A 5-step worksheet to get you through any networking reluctance. Page 9
- An easy NLP (Neuro Linguistic Technique I used as an NLP certified practitioner) for any networking fear. Page 13.
- The introvert’s idea to easily meeting the right people. Page 18.
- Networking calculator math to help you find out just how many events you need to attend. Page 26.
- The Cortical Connecting Conversation just for the introvert. Page 37.
- Tactics for before, during and after a networking event to recharge your energy. Page 40.
- A two-step practice from mental to physical to switch to stronger confidence. Page 43.
It is not rewritten, and it was last updated 2009 when it sold for that $47.
Still, the ideas are timeless. And from my experiences, people are still complaining wanting less stress, and better networking results.
Being one who likes to ride the wave of energy during the stressful holiday season, it seemed right to dust this old report off and just give it away.
If you know of someone who complains about networking not working for them, send them over to Introvertsellingtips.com
No long sales letter – hey, it’s free.
They will thank you for it.

Krystle Cook says
Sounds like a book I could use if I was into marketing. I’m so introverted most of the time. I will have to def keep this book in mind for the future.
PatriciaWeber says
Thanks Krystle. Even just to share the word with your friends is appreciated.
Jeannette Paladino says
Pat — wow $47! Even the experts don’t command that much for books — e-book or otherwise — nowadays. Thanks for the free offer.
PatriciaWeber says
Sadly, sigh, those days are gone for sure Jeannette! It was sweet while it lasted though. Life changes so, gotta go with it. Thanks.
Catarina says
Find it almost unbelievable that you could charge $47 for an ebook in 2008. That’s not possible to do today, unfortunately. How much do you believe you will be able to charge for the book you are currently writing?
Debra Yearwood says
Excellent. At that price how could I resist?
